In the summer of 2015 a group of likeminded cyclists got together through social media to form Salford Cycling Club. For a long time Salford has been the one part of Greater Manchester lacking a cycling club, which was the purpose for starting the club. We offer club rides to suit all cycling abilities, from the social weekend rider to the serious TT and race training rider. Our club rides meet at

Swinton Civic Centre each Sunday 9:00am. We offer a variety of distances and paces, to suit everyone. The ride categories are Social (A RIDE), Intermediate (B RIDE) and Advanced (C RIDE). We encourage people to join us for 2-3 rides before making the decision to become a member of the club. You can find all upcoming rides on the ‘Club Rides’ page of our website.
