Well that was fun!

We raised £1030… as promised when I hit £1000 I would tun as a unicorn 🦄 so I did.

Sadly she deflated by mile 5… she was a trooper until then and all the kids watching LOVED it which was so nice seeing their cute happy 😃 faces cheering us on!

So then it was me the Zen Den Cowgirl 🤠🩷
Loving life… my first ever half so I was not aiming for much of a time! Just wanted to come in under 3 hours! And I did YEAY!

Thank you once again to EVERYONE who helped me to raise £1030 pounds for our little CIC… we are just a small Community Interest Company hoping to help tweens and teens gather more tools to stay a bit calmer, more grounded and regulated in our busy world!

Same again next year? Who wants to join me? 😘🙏🏼

NEW NEW NEW!

Holiday and after school clubs 🥺😍

Only 4 per sesh! Why do we love these? Because we run them via our CIC which means all tweens and teens can come… funding available can help pay half or full for your child’s space.

Themes and sessions vary depending on the season and the school holiday.

Obviously in the Summer we are getting out side as well as having time in Zen Den too to rest and be creative.

The main aim is for everyone to feel safe and secure, have fun, relax whilst taking away skills to add to their tool box for peace in our busy world.

We are neurodivergent friendly, Sam is a qualified teacher, full DBS, safeguarding and First Aid trained.

We cant wait to grow our CIC over the next few years! Come join us!

After school clubs Sept - Dec will be Wed and Thursdays 4-5:15pm £60 a term - funding available if needed!

Email [email protected] to pre book your space before we launch online!

Oomgggggg we are soooooo lucky! One of our lovely ZD clients Casey Arman-Jones has offered to bring her little kittens as a way to raise money for our CIC AND of course promo these GORGEOUS fur balls!

This is an unusual opportunity- but I like to work with what we’ve got and currently we’ve got FIVE kittens (soon to be gone to their forever homes).

Our junior Zen Denners are caring, kind,
Considerate (of each other and the kittens and mummy cat!) and I think, had a wonderful kitten therapy session… if only they could stay this size forever 🥺🫠🫶🏻🤷🏻‍♀️ … and the kittens too 🤭🤗😉 ###

Sorry we have been quiet my beauties - look where we have been this half term!

That’s why there were no half term workshops this May - it is my dream to, in the next couple of years be able to take some of our kids and teens away on a retreat too!

Who knows, it could possibly be this stunning venue in Spain - would you all love that? Let’s see if your parents/carers agree too 🤍

For now we build our little community in Swindon and see how we go!

We will need continued support from you all as we look for sponsorships and fundraising in lots of different ways!

We will be forward planning so that everyone knows when holiday and weekend workshops and classes are too 🤍🫶🏻🙏🏼

Have you had a nice half term? Hope so! We know that for some of our kids and teens school holidays can be a tough time - if that’s you, always reach out - we are here to send you love 💕

All our love Sam, Verity and Gemmie###x
