Sorry we have been quiet my beauties - look where we have been this half term!

That’s why there were no half term workshops this May - it is my dream to, in the next couple of years be able to take some of our kids and teens away on a retreat too!

Who knows, it could possibly be this stunning venue in Spain - would you all love that? Let’s see if your parents/carers agree too 🤍

For now we build our little community in Swindon and see how we go!

We will need continued support from you all as we look for sponsorships and fundraising in lots of different ways!

We will be forward planning so that everyone knows when holiday and weekend workshops and classes are too 🤍🫶🏻🙏🏼

Thank you to all of you for your interests in Fudges kittens! We are just having our final viewings for Smudge this weekend!

Each kitten is £150 and we are going to donate all of that to our new CIC!

Watch this space for MORE ways how we are raising for our life and teens to come to after school and holiday club!

Such a huge big love and thank you to my amazing calico cat Fudge… helping us to raise an initial £750!!!

I’ve been massaging for 12 years - I can’t belive it’s taken me this long to get my hands on a teen pregnancy massage 🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏼🫶🏻 these beautiful young gals need thier rest and relaxation in preparation for motherhood just as much as our more mature Mummas-to-be 🤍

I first massaged this gorgeous human 4 years ago at 14! And now she’s blossoming as a mum to be… so thrilled to be bringing you and baby your Zen Den time ☺️

This is something I hope to be offering more of through the CIC. Many teen mums do not have jobs and wouldn’t dream of spending money on a pregnancy masssge.

If you work with teen mums and anything we offer that might be of benefit please reach out to us so that we can consider your teens in our service ###

Ekkkkkk I just had a message from the gorgeous Sophie informing me that we are THROUGH!!

There are a wonderful list of us from Swindon who are in the final from all categories covering Wiltshire - it’s so exciting and so important for us as small businesses!!

Soooo Zen Den is in for some serious competition… this year’s Muddy Stilettos is bigger than ever and we have 9 competitors through Wiltshire.

However even if we don’t win - I’m so thrilled to know that Zen Den received that most nominations in Swindon - we are THE wellbeing specialists for Swindon… thank you so everyone that nominated us so far!!

My gorgeous teens… you are the reason I am evolving onto the next level of support for you all!

When I reinstated Zen Den 3 years ago, I didn’t imagine in my wildest dreams that I might be able to turn what I thought was only ever for grownups into a world YOU can enter and benefit from too!!

Honestly- this is so unique and needed my loves. I promise to help as many of you as I can 🤗😁

I went to the gorgeous Sri Zen Den Ltd to see lovely Sam.

Sam talked about her time at school, thriving academically verses her time in college where her struggles surfaced. Working her way through various jobs to then finding her true calling and getting a late diagnosis of, as she suspected ADHD.
Sam spoke about her new venture Omni Roots Hub CIC Working with teens, teaching meditation, breathwork and yoga. Teaching techniques to help support them through adolescence. This is an exciting time for Sam!
