Hi all,
I have been talking with some of you this morning about my running and fundraising I am personally doing and you lovely parents asked for more details along with motivation to get running this morning 😂
(I have now completed this mornings 2mile run).

I’ve signed up to do Bristol 10k with some of my family members in memory of my niece and fundraising for Ronald McDonald houses.

Myself and my sister (Charlottes mum) are planing a charity curry night at Biplop where we will be given a percentage towards our fundraising pot for Ronald McDonald houses.

Price for children under 5s are free, below 11yrs is £13 and they will add in the chips for the kids.
Over 11years is £25 per a head.

The dishes served will be:
Chicken Passanda,
Chicken Garlic Chilli Masala,
Lamb Balti,
Vegetable Curry,
Pilau Rice and Naan bread.

It’s on Tuesday 11th March at 7pm.
If you fancy joining us, let me know, I am the lucky one who is booking people onto the guest list. (Payment for your place is needed when booking please)

We have also got a raffle going on which will be drawn on the night with some fab prizes. £1 a ticket ir 3 strips for £10.

Silent support gives the player the opportunity to trust their instincts and learn for themselves. The last few Silent Support Weekends have shown better communication on the pitch.

For coaches it allows them to champion their players away from interruptions. This weekend gives coaches the chance to see their players work in a completely different way.

Silent Support Weekend is here to help young players to find their voice on the pitch, make their own decisions and enjoy their game…with no distracting nois...
