Praise God that the Missionary Retreat attended by 200 individuals was a great success and the biggest retreat so far; they were able to encourage families on the field who have a child with a disability that have been feeling isolated and exhausted.

The Stronger Together ministry continues to grow at a huge rate, so please pray for God’s provision and hand over the work, that He would receive all the glory.

While Dr David McAdam has been away from the hospital, Christopher has been on call most nights with many people being referred to the hospital with sepsis and requiring urgent surgery.

It has been a blessing time wise for the Houlden family to support the hospital when they have and please continue to remember Christopher, Emma and the family in your prayers during their remaining time at the hospital.

Sandy Meikle has returned from New Zealand to support the team in DR Congo during August, which has been a great encouragement for everyone at the hospital. Sandy has returned to speak at a women's conference, which was attended by hundreds from local communities.

Please pray that the team in Dem. Rep. Of Congo would feel strengthened after their time with Sandy and that she would have a safe journey back home.

Praise God for another successful Scripture Union youth camp where they had planned for 120 students, but received 180 due to high demand so both trying to board that many students and transport them was made quite a challenge!

All of these young people had a really encouraging time receiving the Word and having fun together, please pray for these seeds sown in these young people’s lives.

A significant issue has arisen in shipping items for Angolan Literature Fund overseas as the shipping company used to send items normally have now refused to send further containers and want to distance themselves from humanitarian aid.

This will mean needing to find a new shipping company willing to send the items overseas and has now resulted in the delaying of the container being sent; please keep this matter in your prayers.

Please pray for Tansen outpatient staff as patient numbers are high this season; that every patient feels heard and gets compassionate care and will see the face of Christ in the staff.

Many of the Tansen expatriates are renewing visas this week and next week. Please pray for a smooth process and for the Nepali colleagues who are covering more work during this period.

Thank God for the safe space Wakisa provides in Uganda for these young mothers to receive care, counselling and practical support during pregnancy and following the birth of their babies.

R is an example of a young teenager who was able to continue her education while caring for her baby with the support of Wakisa and will be graduating shortly.

Praise God that the team have secured a new premises where their rent has been locked in for five years with no fluctuating costs, and have been given August rent-free.

This will allow the team to do renovations and get the new premises ready; the team are so thankful for your prayers and for having them answered in such a miraculous way.
