Renew Hi everyone. Do you have spare time? Do you like meeting people. Why not come along and join us? We are a member of the UK Men's Shed Association.

Since 2017, we have focused on men's well-being through our men's shed sessions, but we're here to encourage everyone from all parts of the community to learn and share skills in a lively, friendly atmosphere. Our 'shed' is a place to have fun, share or learn skills and knowledge with like-minded people and gain a renewed sense of purpose and belonging by working on projects for the community. We

love renewing, repairing and re-using materials which would otherwise go to landfill. Renew is also an Official Stockist of Frenchic Paint®', an award-winning and eco-friendly range of chalk and mineral paint, It has no added VOC's, toxins or solvents and had virtually no smell. We are open for woodwork sessions on a Tuesday from 10 - 4p and Thursdays from 10am - 1pm. On Thursday afternoons we run furniture upcycling sessions from 1.30pm - 4pm. There will also be the opportunity of some one-off upcycling and woodwork workshops for the general public so that everyone can get involved in helping with the community projects whilst learning or sharing a skill at the same time. In the next few months, the plan will be to offer some ideas on how to cook delicious dishes using surplus food as well as a Christians Against Poverty Life Skills course.
