We’re getting everything ready for our charity ball in October and we’re looking for donations ready for our raffle and auction on the night.

We’re after:

💫 Anything else that can be used to raffle/auction

We recently purchased an outdoor wooden climbing frame for a young boy with severe ADHD. This presents as hyperactivity, impulsivity, and lack of focus. He is also delayed in emotional development and self care.

We received this amazing email of thanks from his mum and it really warmed our hearts knowing how much we’re helping families. Names have been taken out per the families request.

“The climbing frame is up and (child) loves playing on it. He uses it as a brain break. Before, when he got overwhelmed, he used to trash my house, his toys and anything he could find but this has stopped. He now goes outside for 5 mins, has a swing and a climb, comes back in and he is a lot calmer. Me and (child) swing on the swings together and we are having more conversations out there. As a result, my relationship with (child) has improved, he tells me he loves me and we talk alot more. We have more of a connection now. (Child) said he really likes the climbing frame, especially the monkey bars”

We’re always so thankful to receive these messages and for families allowing us to share them with you. It means we can show you where funds are going and how we’re helping others.

A HUGE well done to Hayden Lowis for completing his 15,000ft skydive today to raise money for our charity!

Morning everyone!

Just a little update from us as we know it's been a while.

We're definitely still here, and we're working hard in the background and continuing to help children and families in our community.

So far this year we've funded:

✨ A parent/carer gym pass to allow them to get some respite

✨ A session with Jonathan Jungle Roadshow in a school for young carers

✨ 4 x Special needs pushchairs

✨ Garden equipment

✨ Sensory toys

✨ Support to a local SEN parents/carers coffee morning

We're also still working through multiple applications too...

💙 Not all our families want to share their stories and/or photos, and we fully respect that, so if we do go a little quiet on here with stories, just know that we're still helping people in the background and doing what we can!

❗️INTEREST ONLY POST❗️

As most of you may know we not only support children with disabilities but we also support their families too. As part of this, we'd like to offer a parent/carer meal to those who would benefit from an evening out, but would like to know if there's any interest in this first please.

This would be for parents/full-time carers of children with additional needs only. At this time this is not open to siblings or other family members.

If we get enough interest in this we will go ahead and look at venues/dates/times.

We often get asked what we as a charity can fund, and the answer is always difficult because there’s so much that children with disabilities could benefit from.

We’ve put together a list of things we could help fund, but this of course isn’t everything! There’s a long list of beneficial items, therapies and more for children and their families so if you’re ever unsure if we can help - just ask!

The items below are also listed so you can see the type of things your support can help us fund.

✨ BINGO NIGHT TOTAL 24/04/26 ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our bingo night last night & thank you to everyone who also purchased raffle tickets on the night too. We hope you had a great time, we definitely did!

🥁 OUR TOTAL RAISED FROM LAST NIGHT WAS... £446!

This will go a long way in continuing to help children and families, we're so grateful for your support.

We hope to see you all again soon so keep your eyes peeled for future events!

THIS FRIDAY! We're really excited and can't wait to see everyone there. We're full for this event at the moment!

We are waiting on a few people to pay so if you haven't done so can you ensure you do, otherwise we will pass the spaces to those waiting :)

REMEMBER: We do run a mini raffle on the night and have some extra games you're able to purchase to play on the night should you want to. This is by no means necessary though.

We hope everyone is looking forward to it and we'll see you there!

If you’ve not joined us before, our bingos nights are always a great laugh and a great way for us to fundraise for our charity. We play multiple games, end the night with a money winning special, and we also hold a raffle too! It’s great fun and we’d love for you to join us!
