We’ve held our first Community Benefit meeting with potential partners Adferiad, bringing together inspiring ideas to strengthen local support and create initiatives that make a real difference within our communities. Adferiad is Wales’s leading charity helping to change the lives of people affected by mental illness and addiction. Adferiad is a national voice rooted in local communities, led by the lived experience of their members. 🚧 Exciting progress at Martin Street!

Work is moving forward well on our Martin Street development in Morriston, Swansea.

Thanks to funding from the Housing with Care Fund, the scheme will provide five apartments with support for people aged 55+, creating safe, comfortable homes that promote independence and wellbeing.

The project is being delivered in partnership with Synergy Construction Management Consultancy, who joined the project earlier this year to help drive progress through a Construction Management approach.

We're looking forward to seeing the completed development and welcoming residents in early 2027.
