Who Are We…

We are a local crafting group based in Briton Ferry, we started back in 2024 in a small room in Brynhyfryd House Briton Ferry where we had just a few people join and since then we’ve out grown our room and now we rent out a bigger space (room upstairs no lift), we do all types of crafts from miniature scenes, book folding, needle felting, rock painting, making items with fimo clay and many other crafts we also recycle items and use them to craft with, one of our members made a miniature scene out of a lenor bottle which was a laundry room, you could even smell the liquid from the bottle and it gave you the feeling like the laundry was drying in the tumble amazing.

When And Where Do We Meet…

We meet every Tuesday at Brynhyfryd House, 2 Giants Grave Rd, Briton Ferry, Neath-Port Talbot, SA11 2ND, we start at 1pm-3-30pm we charge a fee of £3 per session, we have a cuppa and piece of cake in a warm space while enjoying crafts. We welcome new members, when you arrive if you come right around into the big car park and head to the back door there is a sign to say please ring Gill or Jess with their numbers either one will then come and open the door, there is a buzzer but we aren’t able to use it so we ask that you ring us

🎅✨ It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at MMI! ✨🎅

Join us for our MMI Christmas Fayre on Tuesday 9th December from 10am – 2pm at the Former Brynhyfryd Primary School, Briton Ferry (SA11 2ND).

Enjoy a day filled with Christmas cheer — with MMI-run stalls only, including:

🍰 Festive cakes and bakes

Every penny raised will go directly towards supporting Me, Myself & I, helping us continue to provide a warm and welcoming space for people living with dementia and their families 💛
