Are you living with secondary (metastatic) breast cancer? You’re warmly invited to join our supportive and welcoming wellbeing group.

Delivered by Sandville Self Help Foundation in collaboration with In This 2gether and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Secondary Breast Cancer Nurse Specialists.

Monthly sessions include:

• Emotional support & counselling
• Complementary therapies
• Movement & exercise
• Diet & medication advice
• Beauty & legal guidance

Led by experienced counsellors and shaped around what matters most to you.

Thank you to Noah who called in with his friends with a new sign for us that he made himself. We love it, it is amazing and clearly tells people what we do at The Old Mill. They are frequent visitors to our charity shop and are constantly coming up with lots of fundraising events for us
