Its been one whole week since our Spring Nearly New Sale on Sunday 10th May in the LC Swansea, which means its time to talk some numbers....

👀We had 22 registered sellers

👩🧑We had a small, but very much mighty team of 19 volunteers there to help us, including 3 very helpful kids

⏱ The sale was open for 2 hours, between 12 noon and 2pm, but we started setting up the sale at 8am and we were all packed up ready to go at 4pm, meaning it took us 8 hours start to finish

🛒We had 146 brilliant buyers through our doors on the search for bargains, and lots of excited children!

💷We had 97 transactions through our tills

♻️We rehomed 1,007 preloved items including mum, baby and children clothes, toys, equipment, shoes and books, and much more

❤ 5 local businesses and services supported the sale, including Rubba-Bubba Swansea, Moo Music Swansea, The Fingerprint Lady, Water Babies and last but certainly not least, St. Michael's School

👩‍⚕️Two volunteers suffered minor injuries - and for the first time in 10 events the trusty first aid kit (that we always have on hand) was used!

Water Babies teach us and our little ones really important water safety lessons, making it fun and a great bonding experience for you and your baby. An added bonus is the photo shoot - who doesn't want a personalised version of a certain album cover?

Well thats a wrap on our Spring 2026 Nearly New Sale!

Well Swansea! We are ready for you!

Our small team of volunteers have been super busy this morning sorting and displaying everything for our Spring Nearly New Sale in the LC Swansea TODAY!!!

We're open from 12 noon (NCT members can enter at 11.45)

Entrance is just £1 per adult, kids are free

Loads of children's bargains to be had! Huge selection of clothes (up to teenage sizes), shoes, toys, books, baby equipment and so much more!

We close at 2pm so get here as quick as you can!

One more sleep to go - our amazing volunteer team will be at the LC Swansea bright and early tomorrow unpacking, sorting and displaying everything that we have for sale.
