We enjoyed a wonderful morning last Friday with pupils from Ysgol Hendre Felin at the St Madoc Christian Youth Centre.

Together, we explored what makes the Gower Peninsula so special, and why it is recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a particular focus on the beautiful area of Rhossili.

We then worked collaboratively to illustrate, colour, and collage large-scale scenes of Rhossili, capturing the beauty and joy of this incredible place that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep.

The children did a fantastic job with their artwork and created some truly stunning pieces. Well done, everyone!

We had a beautiful end to a brilliant week last week, spending a peaceful final morning at St Madoc Christian Youth Centre with the wonderful Year 6 pupils of Pen Y Fro Primary.

We all enjoyed a calm, creative collaging session. There are some seriously talented artists in Year 6! 🎨

As a group we explored the story of Abraham and the courage it takes to move from the known to the unknown. It was a perfect moment to reflect on the big leap these pupils are about to take as they transition to secondary school.

After a high-energy few days, slowing down to breathe and create in such a tranquil setting was lovely. It was a joy to hear the children share the meaning behind their art and to connect with their dedicated teachers. 🙌🏼☺️

A wonderful morning spent at St Madoc Christian Youth Centre with Knelston Primary School, enjoying a calm and creative collaging session to round off their residential.

We explored the theme of belonging through Acts 2:44–47, reflecting together in a simple and meaningful way.

After a busy couple of days, it was such a special opportunity to slow down, breathe, and focus in a peaceful environment.

Each child shared something beautiful about the images they created and it was lovely to see the teachers getting involved too! 🙌🏼☺️
