Been a fantastic month racing and supporting across the country! It would be great if you could all join us at Swansea Park Run for our MOVE cancer get together on Saturday 26th September. If you know anyone who is going through or affected by cancer, please come along to Swansea and join us for parkrun. You can run, jog, walk or just get support from our amazing team. Looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday. X

Park Run cancelled due to weather conditions 🥹
Although quite a few still run the course which although was impacted by localised flooding was manageable. Quite a few ambassadors were there to support. Myself and other members turn up most weeks to Swansea Bay Park run so, we will repeat this weeks effort next Saturday to support our community. All welcome to join us to run, jog or walk this iconic 5K 😎 👍

Hi everyone, yesterday was world 🌍 Cancer Day and to celebrate this MOVE Cancer charity is putting on an extra Park Run meet up at locations that are not currently supported by a team of Ambassadors. I’m the lead ambassador for Swansea Park Run where we meet on the last Saturday of the month to support everyone in our community. MOVE Cancer Charity promotes active recovery through rehabilitation and are linked with over 150 Park Runs and Maggies centres in the UK. We talk, walk, jog, run and support anyone who is going through, affected or supporting friends or loved ones touched by Cancer. As Ambassadors we are made up of healthcare professionals, Doctors and Cancer patients.
I would love any of you to join us on Saturday at Coed Gwillim Park Run Clydach to support us and your community. It would be great if you could wear a Blue top as this is our Colour. If you would like to get involved in our regular group in Swansea please just let me know.
