Thank you Jonathan Kemp London for sharing your story with us today whilst you are on your 10 month walk around the UK. Everyone has their story but not everyone shares theirs, so to have a glimpse into your lived experience and for you to be so open about your mental health, was certainly well received, thought provoking for many, and sparked some good conversations at the Shed afterwards. Good luck with the rest of your walk!
