Did you know there’s a Swansea Bay telephone service aimed at supporting mental health?

Call 111 Option 2 puts you in direct contact with a team of mental health professionals based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital. Just ring NHS Wales 111 and choose Option 2.

The service is available for anyone in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot with a mental health concern, including relatives.

Call 111 Option 2 runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a triage service, support, or signposting as appropriate.

*Please note: this service is not able to prescribe, or provide advice on, any medications.
