Community meal is a project that uses food to bring people together. This team of volunteers do a fantastic job setting up, preparing and serving food and hot drinks, chatting to people and then a mass clean up. Thank you to all of you that give up your Thursday afternoon to help run Community Meal we are very grateful 🙏 😊

The volunteers at Breakfast Club allow this lovely community hub to open every Wednesday. They cook free breakfasts, create a warm welcoming environment, provide hot drinks and sit and chat with people who come along, not to mention set up, pack down and a lot of washing up. This is the team who helped this morning but we have a few more who weren’t around today, we are so grateful to the whole team of volunteers who are the life and blood of these projects. Thank u for being amazing 🙏❤️

Ross volunteers in loads of the projects we run and Linden Well-being Hub. On Tuesdays he helps out at Community Fit, setting up the session, helping facilitate, making us all laugh a lot, encouraging everyone to do their best and then packs it all away while we relax and stretch. At West Cross Youth Club we have adult and young volunteers who do an excellent job creating a safe, supportive space for young people to come and have fun. We all have so much fun, learn new skills, eat delicious food, stay active and creative and none of this would be possible without this amazing team…thanks for making this youth club possible 😊

We love our volunteers every week but this week is Volunteer Week so we want to take time to say a special big thank you to all our volunteers who make Linden Wellbeing Hub such a wonderful place. West Cross Foodbank runs every Monday 12.30-2.30 and our volunteers are here to set up, provide a warm welcome, food support, signposting and then the big pack down. What a team of volunteers you all are, thank you for all that you give and do 🙏😊❤️
