Hands Up For Down's We are a local, volunteer run charity for children with Down's syndrome and their families in the Swansea bay area.

AUCTION PRIZE – ORIGINAL KATIE ALLEN ART PRINT

We’re delighted to have this beautiful “Cherry Orchard” print (unframed) by Swansea artist .allen.artist up for grabs in our Charity Ball auction tonight.

A Fine Art graduate of The Bath Academy of Art, Katie is now based here in Swansea and is a much-loved local artist.

Katie’s work is inspired by the changing seasons and the beautiful shades of the natural world. Her paintings

You may also recognise Katie’s work from the hug murals she designed for Morriston Hospital - bright, joyful and full of colour, they’ve brought so much warmth and happiness to patients and families at the hospital.

✨ CHARITY BALL – KEY TIMINGS! ✨

The countdown is on! We can’t wait to welcome you to our Hands Up For Down’s Charity Ball this Saturday at Brangwyn Hall for a very special night of celebration, fundraising and dancing!

Here’s what you need to know… 👇

6.45pm – Drinks Reception
Kick off the evening with a glass of fizz, generously sponsored by Cheers W**e Merchants Merchants. 🥂

Our fabulous host Siany Martin will be keeping the evening moving with plenty of fun, fundraising and a few surprises along the way!

Raffle & Heads or Tails
Don’t forget to bring some cash for your raffle tickets and to join in with Heads or Tails! There are some brilliant prizes up for grabs.

Live Music & Dancing
Bring your party shoes! We’ll have live music from The Thrillionaires, followed by a live DJ set to keep you dancing into the night. 💃🕺

Carriages – 1am

It’s going to be an unforgettable night and every ticket, bid, raffle ticket and donation helps us continue supporting children and families across Swansea Bay.

A very special prize up for grabs at our Hands Up for Downs Charity Ball Silent Auction - a signed IRU training top from none other than ! 🍀🏉

Rhys was former Ireland and Leinster captain with an outstanding career winning three European Campion Cups, six league titles and a Challenge Cup. He earned 27 Ireland caps, represented Ireland at two Rugby World Cups and was part of Irelands’s winning Six Nations squad in 2014. Impressive yeh!
