**Exciting new ways to use our service**
Hello
We have decided to set up a few new services to make the helpline more accessible to everyone who needs us.
1. From now on you will also be able to chat with us on facebook messenger on Wednesday between 18:30-20:30.
2. You will also be able to email us at any time you would like at rapean

[email protected] and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
3. As we realise that certain times are more convenient than others, we are setting up an appointment system where you are able to book a time to speak over skype. This could be an audio call or an instant chat. This can be booked via facebook or email.
4. The usual helpline will run as normal on Wednesday between 18:30-20:30. We are here for you. We listen, we believe.
