🎣 A New Hobby, A Great Achievement and a Big Smile! 🎣

We love celebrating the achievements of the people we support, and this is a story worth sharing.

One of the residents at our Tontine Apartments recently expressed interest in trying something new. After discussing different hobbies with colleagues, fishing was suggested as an activity he might enjoy. With encouragement and support from the team, he decided to give it a go.
What happened next exceeded everyone's expectations!

Not only did he thoroughly enjoy the experience, but he also landed an impressive catch on one of his very first fishing trips. As you can see from the photo, he was incredibly proud of his achievement – and rightly so. 😊

Moments like these show how trying new experiences can help build confidence, promote wellbeing and create a real sense of achievement. They also highlight the dedication of our colleagues, who support people every day in pursuing their interests, developing new skills, and reaching their full potential.

A huge thank you to the team at Tontine Apartments for helping make this happen. We are delighted to have permission to share this photo and celebrate such a fantastic achievement. Please join us in congratulating him on his impressive catch! 👏🎣
