Open to everyone but born out of a wish to enable people living with dementia and carers to benefit from the joy of singing together and building friendships with people who walk a similar path.

A big thank you to everyone who came and supported us at the Together We Care Awards at the Bryngwyn Hall last Friday night. We thoroughly enjoyed performing for everyone and were thrilled to receive a highly commended award! What a wonderful celebration of all the organisations involved in caring in and around Swansea.
