H&DCYC Inheritance Camp

Inheritance is geared to young Christian adults aged 17-22, who want to develop their walk for God.

If you're keen to move on with God, or just feel a little bit stale or lacking enthusiasm, then this camp aims to help and encourage you.

A bunch of the team who serve at camp have shared why they chose to give their time to male camp every year. Trust us, its hard work, but we do it because they know what a difference meeting God in a field can make to our lives.

Our hero chef Matt Farr was out today deep cleaning the site for the next camps. He said he does it all because "God broke me, mended me and loved me through these camps and the friends Ive known for years. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather not be doing this but I'd always want people to get to have the life changing experience and friendships that Ive had through H&D."

Big shout out to the team. Big shout out to Jesus who is the reason we do it.

It wasnt what we hope or planned, but God is good. Inheritance 2026 was shorter than we hoped, but we'll take every day we can to hang out together.

Our theme for the week...

Isaiah 61:4–6 speaks of a generation called to rebuild places that have been ruined and restore what has been devastated. They are a people who serve God by bringing blessing and building hope where life feels completely broken.

in reality, our lives and the world around us can often feel like ruins, leaving us feeling broken and anxious. But Jesus is a Master Builder and our firm foundation. As we learn from Him, we can partner with Him to rebuild and restore—starting with the broken places in our own lives, reaching our friends and families, and extending right into our schools, neighborhoods, and towns.

In his generation, Nehemiah was a builder who stepped up alongside others like Ezra. We’re going to journey through Nehemiah’s story to unpack what it truly means to be Kingdom Builders today.
