Sutton on Trent Festival We welcome you to the Sutton on Trent Festival, organised by the festival committee to raise funds.

The Sutton on Trent Festival, run by the Sutton on Trent Village Fund (Registered charity No. 1054790) raises charitable funds to be distributed around the local area. The festival is a reflection of the strong community spirit in the local community.

/ Credit Card will be available on site this year for entry fee & bar payments!


-----------------------------Festival Cancellation-----------------------------

If the festival is cancelled you can of course claim a refund for the price of your ticket. Please ensure you claim your refund within 30 days of the cancellation of the Festival, should you not have claimed your refund within this timescale, it will be assumed that a refund is not required and the money will be considered as a donation to the Village Fund.

Can you believe this year marks the 40th annual Sutton on Trent Village Festival? Nope? Too young right? 1986, what a year, what a decade. To mark this monumental milestone, this year's theme will be 'all things 80s'. Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September, 2026 - Marshalls of Sutton on Trent Ltd Field. More details to follow.

Rebecca and Paul strong in the bake-off as well as horticulture, well done you talented folks, thank you. Tiny Tyers triumphant with the honey cake. I did interview Mumma Tyers shortly before judging, and she felt the accolade was certainly coming home (as long as Theia didn't drop the cake on High St en-route).
Hats off to Elaine, and not forgetting the most coveted title - Best Viccie Sponge in SoT going to the fabulous Well done one and all xx

Congratulations to all of the horticulture winners. I know 'Paddy' Anthony Paddy O'Reilly was very emotional about his dense marrow, and is already planning strategy for next year. It was also a good year for the Tyers family (all ages), more on this! plums were the talk of the tent! Rebecca, Stuart, John, Mark, Paul, Elaine, Colin, Thomas and Lynda.
