Just to let followers know that I resigned from any role in the Playing Fields Association. After years of being Chair I felt it time to go as my health is not what it was. I shall keep this site open until I hear from the committee that they wish to take it on or make a new site. Anyone wanting an event booked on the field put on here please let me know. Thank you Stephen Palmer.

ELDC planning reject Playzone application (MUGA) set to go on the Sutton on Sea Playing Field behind the clubhouse. A Playzone is a fenced in all weather area with flood lights used to hire by the general public or clubs for training or playing on.

here is the link to East Lindsey District Planning application site and the plan for a new all weather play area known as playzone or MUGA. It is proposed to build behind the children play area as shown on the site map. Cost of which if approved will come from the Football Foundation topped up from ELDC. This would replace the lost MUGA from the construction of the Colonnade in land of the original.

Carnival coming Sunday 27th.
The playing field will be used as car parking for the event again this year.

For this event there is free car parking for the day on the main field at King George V playing fields (Home of Sutton Rovers FC) cars must be off by 6pm. Enjoy the day.
