Excited to announce another facilitator we have coming to The Healing Shrine at Teversal Village Hall!

Leigh will be hosting 1:1 art therapy sessions on Tuesdays 4pm - 7pm.

Art therapy is fantastic for expressing emotions, aiding support with mental health, helping you to express yourself, enable you to release things built up within, help to reduce stress and conflict, among many other benefits.

This is suitable for people of all ages from children, teenagers, adults and elderly people.

Our next facilitator at Teversal Village Hall is Sarah, she will be hosting a yoga class each Monday from 10am - 11am.

Yoga is such a fantastic way to aid your own journey whether it be to aid flexibility and balance, help to calm anxieties and stress, it can also help to aid your range of motion. There are so many benefits to yoga.

Sarah’s first class will be Monday January 29th here. It’s £5 per person, you will need to bring your own mat with you.

Are you looking for a wonderful space with incredible energy to host your sessions?

Whether it be crafting, sessions for children, SEND sessions, holistic practises or something completely different we would like to hear from YOU.

At Teversal Village Hall we have spaces throughout the week to welcome you to host and hold your sessions at our venue.

It’s a beautiful space with newly refurbished disabled access bathroom, a stunning lighting with beautiful drapes if you need a softer light, a full working kitchen and a great space to use.
