Cherished Provides packages for young girls in both primary and secondary schools exploring key issues relevant to their lives. The bespoke packages have been created to cover a range of topics including friendships, relationships, self esteem, family, values, hopes and dreams and identity. These packages are delivered over an 8 week period and are delivered in small group settings. The course pro
vides each girl with strategies and techniques for managing friendships and relationships, understanding their emotions as well as helping girls develop skills in empathy, listening and communication and developing their emotional literacy skills. Cherished also provides sessions which cater for many different learning styles with the sessions including drama, journaling, story telling, discussions, puppet work, crafts and much more! Cherished allows young girls to feel safe about expressing their feelings with supporting ladies who are experiences and trained.
