Do they still have their original packaging and all in one piece?
Your unwanted toys and puzzles in great condition are very welcome here.
Give your pre-loved toys a new home while helping support children, young people and families across the UK 💚
Sadly, preowned broken toys or squishy toys cannot be sold to other children for safety reasons, nor can we take outsized racetracks/castles/doll's houses etc unless dismantled and in original box (due to lack of space in our shop). If unsure, take pictures of the toys and show us instore before bringing them in.
Soft cuddly toys and teddies should 'bear' a CE mark on their labels for H&S reasons.

Friendly reminder: As much as we love receiving your donations, items left outside when we're closed can become damaged, stolen or removed by the council/refuse collectors.

Please wait until we're open to drop them off 💚

Our opening times are on the doors (generally 9am until 4:30pm or Sunday 10am until 3pm are the best times).

If you are arriving by vehicle, please do not park on the street outside the shop as this will block the bus and ambulance route.

If you are bringing more than two bags/boxes, please call the shop first or you can also visit our nearest larger Donation Centre in Rydens, Walton. Thank you.

Make the most of the great weather with a summer top at a reduced price at our Godalming branch. We have a few rails of bright colours and top brands, many at 50% off.
We 're also gradually increasing our Autumnal range with daily additions.
