We served up a cauliflower and potato curry with recipes at Food Social this week.

According to statistics only 23.2 per cent of people say they eat 5 portions of fruit and veg each day. Our curry contains all 5 in 1 dish 🍏🥔🥬

Join us at our "Feel Good Friday" Fun Day, brought to you with thanks to funding from Sunderland City Council.

There will be a range of "feel good" activities as well as information about the Sunderland Health Champions programme, and of course some tasty food 🥳

We are working with Roker Life on an "Eating Well" project, thanks to funding from Sunderland City Council 🤍👏

Last week we gave out some recipe packs with ingredients and an easy to follow recipe for our cauli and cheese soup 🍵 well done to those who made it, looks delish 😋
