We've reached 91% in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures👏

Our recent Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) reflect the hard work and dedication of our teams across the country. The feedback from our residents is invaluable, and we’re proud to see strong results that demonstrate our continued commitment to providing high-quality housing to support for older people.

This month Housing 21 also joined PlaceShapers, a national network of housing associations committed to putting residents and communities first.

Retirement living residents strike a pose for charity! 📸

Residents Ian and Fred at our scheme in have raised £900 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Their idea of creating a cheeky calendar involving fellow residents was a huge hit, with local businesses and the wider community getting behind them to support a great cause!
