Mindful Wreath-Making with RR Mindful Wellness 🌼🌺

We are delighted to announce our collaboration to put on a summer wreath making workshop at Hidden Seaham on Tuesday July 7th between 11am - 1pm.

All materials are provided and we will guide you as you create your masterpiece which you can take it home with you to proudly display

Price will be just £10 per person but spaces are very limited!

The Marmalade Trust have an amazing campaign about giving loneliness a voice and ending the stigma about talking about loneliness. Our weekly public living room in Seaham aims to reduce social isolation and help people make new connections in an easy, free and accessible way. Everyone’s welcome 10am - 1pm at Hidden Seaham 🛋️☕️

Fantastic event by one of our Directors, Brian today at City Hall, Sunderland which is supporting Wearside Women in need by providing essential toiletries and donated clothing 👚👖🤰

There’s free sandwiches, hot drinks and signposting services to provide support to those who need it.

Excellent news! 🗣️🚨
To compliment our weekly public living room event, we’re now looking to partner with local artisans and makers to deliver community skills and creative workshops 🤝

We’re really keen to hear from community minded organisations and individuals who would be interested in collaborating to put on a range of workshops and increasing the confidence and socialisation opportunities for the people of Seaham and surrounding.

Our public living room event is every Wednesday which could work alongside the workshops or be on alternative days.

If you know anyone who may be a good fit, please do tag them below or suggest ideas for activities you would like to take part in! 💡🧶🧵✍️

Fantastic Day! Overwhelmed by the support we’ve had from our lovely Camerados group who attend every week particularly Janice & Ruth! 🫂

Then we had a generous donation our beautiful cakes from Natalie at NOT A LIE Delicacies which made everyone’s day 🍰🧁🍬

Then we were visited by Sunderland Echo and ITV news who had a chat with some of the local community to spread awareness for our weekly public living room event at Hidden Seaham 🚨📰📽️

Delighted to announce that we will soon be collaborating with the amazing RR Mindful Wellness to provide craft and mindfulness activities in Seaham!

Designed to reduce stress, improve wellness and create opportunities to meet new people and form friendships.

RR Mindful Wellness offers a range of fantastic services including massages, meditation, Reiki & even moon gatherings, Give them a follow!

Here’s our Camerados public living room in action 🎬 Local people from the community having a warm, accessible space to make connections!

Free hot drinks, biscuits and games provided and most importantly, the opportunity to feel at home in an environment where everyone is open to chatting and wanting to get to know new people, this is what it’s all about and we’re delighted to see it having a positive impact 💛🛋️☕️

The event is every Wednesday between 10am - 1pm, everyone is welcome 🫶
