With just over a month to go, we are really looking forward to another brilliant Fete at The Stevenson Centre Recreation Ground! This year we will have new attractions, including a free walk-through Mobile Petting Zoo with 25+ animals, a Narrow-Gauge ride on railway, and new entertainment.
We still have space at our car boot sale and craft market, which only costs £10. If you're part of a local charity or club, we can offer a limited number of free spaces. If you'd like to book in a stall, please get in contact at [email protected]

Did you know that The Sudbury Common Lands Charity manages our wonderful Country Park & Shawlands Wood for us in Great Cornard?
If you happen to be in Waitrose they are collecting green tokens for SCLC, they do wonderful work in the area 🌳

Cornard’s biggest event of the year, Cornard Fete, will be held at the Stevenson Centre Recreation Ground on Saturday 4th July from 12-4pm. We have a wide variety of attractions this year, including a narrow gauge railway, a free mobile petting zoo with 20+ animals, as well as our usual outdoor craft market, car boot sale, local charities, classic cars and so much more!

We’ve had a few local residents popping into the Parish Council Office at the centre asking about the new bin system. Keep your eyes peeled for your letter explaining more about the new service starting next month ♻️ or contact Better Recycling for Suffolk for more information.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll be receiving an information pack containing all you need to know about how to use the new Recycling and Waste services which start in June and details about your collection days.
