The squirrel’s trial began today!!!!

The squirrels learned each others names and what everyone’s favourite food is. They then learned about where in the world squirrels is located and where beavers is located. They then got to make their very own badges some of which are shown below. The squirrels finished off the session by playing a game of duck, duck goose and a little dance to the squirrel wiggle.

If you think your young person might enjoy something like this please reach out and contact us at [email protected]

We as a group are looking to open a Squirrel Drey.

This however cannot be done without volunteers.

Squirrels are the early years program that Scouts set up. This means that it is for young people aged 4-6. It gives them a chance to try new activities, learn about the world a bit more and helps to prepare them for school by helping them with their social skills. Squirrels looks at including songs and stories into their programmes.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in please reach out to us and we can answer any questions you may have and set you up to volunteer with us.
