On Saturday 7th at the food and craft Fayre at the Stretham Youth Centre, Bread by Neil will be selling:
sourdough cinnamon and lemon buns plus a range of loaves:
The Don - standard white sourdough.
Umami - sourdough with wholemeal flour, sesame seeds and miso.
The Moroccan - white sourdough with cheddar, jalapeño and ras el hanout.
The Charles and Sage - white sourdough with Red Leicester, cheddar sage and black pepper.
The bastard - batard shaped sourdough with wheat, rye and spelt flour.
The Hug - sweat sourdough malt loaf.
Fresh vegetables will be available to buy at our food and craft Fayre on Saturday the 7th, all supplied by local farmers, local gardens and our very own green house. Fresh eggs will also be on sale.
We will be open 10 - 2pm at 73 High St.
