There are serious questions to answer about the long-term future of the former Minor Injuries Unit at Altrincham Hospital.
Labour closed it. The Tories have no plan.
The Liberal Democrats want to see it reopened as a Diagnostic Centre, so local people can get tests, checks and scans closer to home instead of having to travel to Wythenshawe Hospital.
That would mean better access to healthcare locally and less pressure on Wythenshawe, where A&E waiting times are already under huge strain.
