Community Support in Action 🌨️

The Upper Donside Farmers Ball Committee are delighted to donate £200 to the Strathdon Community Development Trust to help with the running costs of the C**k Bridge snow gate camera.

This camera is community funded and plays a vital role in helping everyone check road conditions, especially during bad weather ❄️🚗. It’s a valuable resource for locals and visitors alike.

Tonight some of the committee went along to Maggie’s Aberdeen to hand over a cheque for £8000 raised at this year's ball.
What a lovely facility, there to help and support anyone affected by cancer...patients, family & friends are all welcome at Maggie’s

🌾 Thank You from the Upper Donside Farmers Ball Committee 🌾

What a fantastic evening we had at last night’s Farmers Ball in aid of Maggie’s Aberdeen! 💛
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along, supported the event, and helped raise vital funds for such a wonderful cause. Your generosity and good spirits truly made the night one to remember.

We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks for everyone’s patience and understanding when the hall’s water supply unexpectedly ran dry after the meal. Despite the hiccup, your good humour kept the night flowing — and we are grateful to everyone who worked quickly behind the scenes to bring in emergency water and keep things running as smoothly as possible. 🚰🙏

We hope you all had a great evening, and we can’t wait to see you again next year!
