If youโre navigating the emotional challenges of infertility, you may be interested in a new Harvard-led research study called INSPIRE (Infertility Narrative Self-Reflection: Processing, Integrating, and Rewriting Emotions).
The study explores whether guided, structured writing can support emotional wellbeing for people experiencing infertility. Itโs not therapy, but many participants find the exercises meaningful and grounding - and your contribution helps researchers better understand the emotional landscape of infertility to support others in the future.
