This a Fun, Free and Relaxing workshop, working with barley and oats collected from local fields, learning how to weave and create our own corn weaving to take home.

Kicking Off Our New CLAYSHORES Project

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us — our amazing volunteers, partner organisations, facilitators, and the brilliant musicians who helped bring our Shorelines project to life. Your creativity, time, and community spirit make all of this possible.

We’re excited to launch CLAYSHORES, our next chapter of coastal‑inspired creativity. We’re starting strong with:

Stacey Joy’s 'Find Your Voice' Song writing sessions-- learn from award winning singer

Jane Fraser’s Coastal Creative workshops - Traditional weaving and clay casting

Diana Hamilton’s Sro`n More Society of Writers — exploring Scots inspired by nature

We’ll also be hosting kids’ arts and crafts, printing classes, open mic nights with Lianne Brown, and a series of community days throughout the season.

We’re excited to welcome award‑winning musician Stacey Joy back to the Creative Stranraer Hub. Her new Find Your Voice sessions offer a supportive space to explore singing, confidence, and creativity.

Sessions run on alternate Thursdays, 7–9pm, with the first starting 27 August at 23 King Street.
