☀️ That’s a Wrap on Our Summer! ☀️

What a way to finish off an amazing summer! 💛
This week has been packed with plenty of fun across our clubs, including:
🏊 Swimming in Riversdale
🎨 Arts & crafts – mug designing, scrapbooks & tote bags
🔎 Scavenger hunts
🙌 Drop-in sessions
🧁 Baking cornflake buns
🌈 Our Colour Run & celebration event
🍔🎬 A trip to Brunswick for food and to see Spider-Man

As we close the doors for the summer, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to all of our young people who came along, got involved and brought so much energy and fun to the clubs throughout the summer. ❤️

A huge thank you also to all our parents and families for your continued support.
We also want to give a big shout-out to our brilliant part-time staff across our three clubs – Amy Beth, Aimee, Katy Sue, Nathanial, Caitlyn, Karen & Jude. Thank you for all the hard work, energy and care you’ve given throughout the summer. 👏💛

And a particularly special thank you to our young volunteers, Emily & Nicole, who give up their own time 3–4 days a week to come along and support us and the other young people. Your commitment and willingness to help has been absolutely brilliant and is hugely appreciated! 🌟

Our clubs are now closed until the week beginning 7th September, with registration for all of our clubs taking place that week. We’ll share more information closer to the time.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this summer such a good one. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in September! ☀️💛

🌟 Celebrating an Amazing Summer! 🌟
What an evening we had! Alongside the madness of our Colour Run (Walk), we also welcomed parents and guardians along for our Parents’ Evening & Summer Celebration. 💙

It was a chance to look back on everything our young people have achieved and experienced throughout this year’s Summer Programme. ☀️

🏆 Our young people received certificates to recognise their participation and contribution throughout the summer.

📝 Young people and parents/guardians completed evaluations, giving us valuable feedback on the programme and helping us shape future activities and opportunities.

📅 We also shared information about our youth provision for the year ahead, with our regular programmes returning in September, so although summer is nearly over, there’s plenty more to come!

A massive thank you to our young people, parents & guardians, volunteers and staff for the support, enthusiasm and energy you’ve brought throughout the programme. 🙌💙

But we’re not quite finished yet… ONE MORE DAY TO GO! 🎉

🎬🎳 We’ll finish our Summer Programme with our final trip to Brunswick Moviebowl!
One last day together to round off a brilliant summer! ☀️💙

What a fantastic way to bring our Summer Programme together! 💙
A massive THANK YOU to all of our amazing young people, parents & guardians, volunteers and part-time staff who took part in our Colour Run (Walk) and helped make it such a brilliant success! 🙌

There was plenty of colour, laughter and smiles along the way and judging by the photos, I think it’s safe to say nobody escaped clean! 😂🌈

Events like this are all about bringing our young people, families and youth clubs together, having fun and creating great memories and this one certainly did that! ❤️💛💚💙💜

☀️ **Another action-packed week of our Summer Programme!** ☀️

Young people from **Strabane Youth Resource Centre, Sion Mills Youth Club & Strabane Youth Association** have had another brilliant week, taking part in a fantastic range of activities and trips! 🙌💙

Some of this week’s highlights included:

🌞 Making solar boxes for the eclipse
🍕 Cooking – making pizza bagels
🎱 Bingo
🎶 Music Quiz
🏊 Swimming at Riversdale
🌊 A trip to Lagan Valley LeisurePlex Water Park
🎳 Bowling at Airtastic
🎨 Games, activities & loads more!

It’s been another week packed with fun, new experiences, friendships and plenty of memories made along the way! ☀️😊

We can’t believe we’re nearly at the end already...
