FRIDAY NIGHTS AT THE CLUB 😎⚫️🟡

A quieter night at HQ however the work rate didn’t drop🙌

Our juniors blasted out a tough pad session working on progressive combo’s.

Our ‘student of the week’ went to Luke, excellent technique, great pad holding and brilliant listening skills 👌

Our seniors were next up… 10x2min pad rounds at a high pace made for a super sweaty session 😅💦

A tough one, but we got there 🫡🙌

A little look back at our Ladies Only sessions from last year 🙌

It’s amazing to see how far some of these ladies have come. What started as trying something new, stepping outside their comfort zone and taking on a challenge has turned into a real passion for many of them 👌

We’re incredibly proud that so many are still on the mats today, making huge progress, building confidence, improving fitness and becoming figures in the ‘TEAM SMAA’ family 🙌

Another lethal night at HQ last night 🙌⚫️🟡

Our juniors kicked things off working on combos with focus on this push-kicks, another successful session with massive improvements made 👍

Our ‘student of the week’ went to our very own Myles, this kid is one to watch, excellent technique, great power 🙏 well done kido

Our seniors were next up, a big class with an electric atmosphere 😅 using our Dutch session to improve the finer details, whether it’s movement, shot selection, defensive work or maybe just sharpening the basics under pressure, there’s no better class to do it and no better group to work with 👌

That’s another 1% added 😎👊

🙌🔥🚨 CALLING ALL BEGINNERS 🚨🔥🙌

Are you fed up with the same old gym routine? Looking for something that will challenge you both physically and mentally? 👊🔥

‘TEAM SMAA’ have exactly what you’re looking for!
Introducing our '6-WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE'
☀️⚫️🟡

This challenge has been specifically designed for complete beginners and will guide you through the fundamentals of K1-kickboxing in a fun, supportive environment.

Over the 6 weeks you’ll learn:

🥊 Basic K1 striking techniques
🦵 Correct kicking mechanics
👣 Footwork and movement
💪 Fitness and conditioning drills
🔥 Combination work and pad drills
🤝 Discipline, confidence and teamwork

Everything will be taught progressively throughout the challenge, allowing you to build your skills and fitness week by week.

To finish things off, all participants will take part in a ‘graduation test’ on the final session, putting into practice everything they’ve learned over the previous 6 weeks. 💥🏆

No experience? No problem.
Not fit enough? We’ll help you get there.
Nervous about starting? You’ll be welcomed from day one.
