We can’t wait to get the doors opened and straight back to the grind tonight 🙌

Classes are as follows-

✅ 6.30-7.15pm- JUNIOR STRIKING- beginners (mat 1) and advanced (mat 2)
✅ 7.30-8.30pm- SENIOR STRIKING- beginners (mat 1) and advanced (mat 2)

🚨 reminder all memberships are due for this month, you can either pay on the app/website or at the office on arrival 👍

We’re opening up a small number of spaces in both our Junior & Adult beginners classes at Strabane Martial Arts Academy as we introduce the new term.

This is your chance to get involved, learn something new, get fitter, build confidence and become part of the ‘TEAM SMAA’ fam 👊

🥋 JUNIORS
📅 Every Tuesday & Friday
⏰ 6:30pm – 7:15pm

🥊 ADULTS
📅 Every Tuesday & Friday
⏰ 7:30pm – 8:30pm

⚠️ IMPORTANT — once these spaces are filled, our books will close.

So if you’ve been thinking about starting… now is the time.

No experience needed. Just turn up ready to learn, work hard and enjoy it. 💪

Happy bank holiday Monday 🙌⚫️🟡

After a crazy weekend at HQ we’re super excited to get stuck back into work again 👊

Kicking things off with an open mat session tonight from 6.30-8.30pm.

So if you want to do a bit of pad work, bag work, ring work or maybe set yourself up a S&C session or a little gym work, there’s no better time to do it 👌

Remember ‘members only’ as the office isn’t in operation 👊

Here’s some important info-

✅ 1-3pm (please arrive early to sign in and get ready)

✅ Pay at the door (CASH ONLY)
✅ There is still spaces available so of your thinking about it land on in and we’ll get you sorted 👍
✅ Full sparring gear needed 👍 (shins, groin guards, gum shields etc)

🔥 THIS SUNDAY — TOM KEOGH SEMINAR 🔥

We’ve been looking forward to this one for a while… and Sunday is almost here 👊

We’re buzzing to welcome ONE Championship’s Tom Keogh through the doors of TEAM SMAA HQ for a seminar that’s shaping up to be an absolute cracker 🥊

Tom is competing on one of the biggest combat sports stages in the world and on Sunday we get the chance to have him right here in Strabane, sharing his experience, his knowledge and the little details you only pick up from someone who has competed at that level.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone travelling in to join us. Different clubs, different teams, one room, training and learning together. That’s what days like this are all about. 🤝

The mats will be packed, the atmosphere will be electric and we’re expecting a seriously good day at HQ 🙏⚫️🟡

✅ There is still spaces available, so if you’ve been sitting on the fence, get yourself in. You’ll be glad you did 👍
