We won! 🏆 Our CEO Simon Glenister was named Pioneering Leader 2026 at the NatWest SE100 Impact Pioneer Awards last month, one of the UK's top awards for social enterprise, now in its 16th year.

The judges at NatWest Social & Community Capital recognised that Noise Solution is 94% commissioned by Health, Education and Local Government systems across the East of England, delivering over 800 hours a month of innovative music mentoring, independently estimated to be saving those systems around 11 million a year in improved outcomes for young people.

For the local authorities, mental health services, and schools we work with across the East of England thank you for commissioning work that makes space for something different. This recognition is yours too.

And to those we haven't worked with yet: this is what principled, evidenced, young-person-centred practice looks like when it's given room to grow. We'd love to talk.

I'm very happy to share that our CEO Simon Glenister has been named on the first-ever SE100 Pioneers100 list

A list put together and recognised by Pioneers Post and NatWest Social & Community Capital.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what I do most days beyond waving my hands around in front of whoever will listen, but we know exactly who does do the work. The Noise Solution team. Our musicians. The young people who take a chance on us when they've had every reason not to trust another adult with a plan. This one's for all of them.

Honoured to be listed alongside so many brilliant people doing genuinely important work across the UK.

We are pleased to be awarded a place on the Social Impact Framework delivered by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub. It's great to see Creative health approaches being given the status they should.

This framework provides a compliant route for all NHS organisations, part or fully government funded organisations and blue-light services to access
social impact and community led services. We look forward to supporting improvements in outcomes and efficiency across the system.

We’re looking forward to partnering across the system to help drive better outcomes and greater efficiency for the communities we serve.
