Meet the board.

Tom was born and raised in Stourbridge and is deeply passionate about the success and future of the town.

As the owner of SecurePro, a Security & Crowd Management business based on Lower High Street, employing more than 50 people from across the Black Country, Tom brings extensive experience in business strategy, safety, and security.

“I’m incredibly proud to be joining the BID as a Core Director and to have the opportunity to support the future of Stourbridge. I truly believe the town can thrive when businesses come together with a shared vision and a common goal. With the right collaboration, ambition and community spirit, Stourbridge has a very bright future ahead.”

🎨 BIG NEWS FOR STOURBRIDGE 🎨

Following our successful Community Forum Grant Award, Stourbridge BID is proud to announce that we have commissioned local artist Josh Harris, aka , to create exciting new artwork for the town 👏✨

Not only is Josh an incredibly talented artist with a wealth of experience and creativity, he’s also Stourbridge born and bred ❤️

Josh has worked with some huge household names including Google, Shake Shack, Fortnum & Mason and Bella Italia and now he’s bringing his artistic talents back home to Stourbridge 🙌

We can’t wait for you all to see the new artwork coming to the town very soon 👀

🎉 Grant Success for Stourbridge BID! 🎉

We’re pleased to announce that Stourbridge BID has secured £1,500 in funding following a successful application to the Community Forum Grant 🙌

This funding will support the delivery of even more meaningful legacy projects within the BID area, helping to further enhance the town and put Stourbridge firmly on the map.

This latest success builds on last year’s achievements, where we secured multiple grants, sponsorships, and leveraged funding to invest back into the town. It’s a clear reflection of our ongoing commitment to creating lasting, positive improvements for local businesses, the community, and visitors alike.

We’ll continue working hard to secure additional funding opportunities that benefit everyone in Stourbridge 💙

A reminder to all local businesses and community that from 1st April 2026, DMBC council car parks are now offering 2 hours FREE parking for all visitors 🙌

This is a hugely welcomed move and a fantastic opportunity to help drive more footfall into our town, making it even easier for customers to shop, visit, and support local.

📍 Encourage your customers to take advantage by finding their nearest car park.

📢 Important Reminder for Stourbridge Businesses, Visitors & Community 📢

As of 25th February 2026, a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) is now in place across Stourbridge. This will remain active for a minimum of 3 years (unless extended).

The order has been introduced to help keep our town safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Please be aware that it now prohibits:

🚫 Drinking alcohol or carrying open containers of alcohol in public spaces (excluding licensed premises)
🚫 The use of intoxicating substances (including so-called “legal highs”)
🚫 Behaviour or gatherings that cause nuisance, alarm, harassment, or distress (including begging)
🚫 Urinating or defecating in public (outside of toilets)
🚫 Discarding knives in public places
🚫 Littering or leaving waste in public areas

These measures are in place to support a cleaner, safer environment for all who live, work, and visit Stourbridge.

🌿✨ Stourbridge BID - Tidy Day Success! ✨🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for last week’s Tidy Day and worked so hard to make a difference 🙌, Kevin Davis, Rich Prosser and Steve Hancock.

Together, we collected an incredible, 12 bags of rubbish, a fantastic effort that’s had a real impact on keeping our town clean and welcoming.

It was great to see the day so well received by the community, and even better to see local businesses getting involved, stepping out into the sunshine ☀️ to freshen up their shop frontages and help create a real sense of pride across Stourbridge.

💚 Want to get involved? Spaces are still available for our next Tidy Day taking place next month, but they’re filling up fast!

👉 Be sure to book your place promptly and be part of something positive in your community.
