The Lace Guild Our headquarters in Stourbridge houses a large collection of lace and associated artefacts, as well as an extensive library.

The Lace Guild is an Educational Charity - we aim to educate the public in the craft of lacemaking, its history and use, promote a high standard of lacemaking through education & encourage design, development and professional presentation of lace Our worldwide membership includes lacemakers, teachers, collectors and suppliers. Membership of The Lace Guild is open to all, regardless of age or experience

The Lace Guild Museum Committee are delighted and thrilled to announce that they have been awarded a grant to pay for an expert to come and audit the Collection. She will look at how we treat and store the lace and other lace related objects we have. Then report back on how we can improve our procedures and storage. This may lead to more grants to help us carry out her recommendations. We are grateful to AIM for this opportunity.
