I’ve been thinking a lot about what we’re asking professionals to hold.

Complex presentations. Neurodivergence. Trauma. Parents who feel misunderstood. Young people whose behaviour makes sense once you understand what’s underneath it.

And honestly? I think we need more spaces to stop, think and learn together.
