I know it seems a lot to keep asking for support for objections but these are on greenbelt land. They are not building for the local community and there are issues with traffic, access to GP and schools. This particular one is also in Dudley and Bromsgrove along the North Worcestershire Path. Please support.
Keep Pedmore Green have done a guide to access the site on the Dudley page to register your objection https://www.facebook.com/share/1K51sJ9BTq/

327 houses proposed to be built in Hagley, across FOUR separate planning applications!

Sadly builders realise how wonderful Hagley is but what they don't realise is our infrastructure cannot cope with more houses.

All of these proposed sites have their own unique challenges but they ALL have the same problem that Hagleyis infrastructure is FULL.

- The schools, Drs, roads, sewage systems and parking is FULL. We really can't cope with more houses clogging up the infrastructure.
- Plus the loss of green belt, damage to wildlife and the places we use for our own mental and physical health.

We'll be looking at the unique issues and sharing those but you'll have your own views too. So don't delay, please read and respond to EACH planning application. You can respond more than once and more than one per household but you must respond to each one seperately.

Respond on The Bromsgrove District Council Planning Portal or email the planning team at [email protected] and quote the ref numbers for each site.

Piecemeal applications will risk total under investment, overdevelopment and lacking strategic thought!

If you want any support to respond, have questions about what to put please email [email protected].

Completed the tick in the box for Wychbury Hill. This time the survey is by West Midlands Combined Authority. This process was quick and a few clicks so not as arduous as BDC and DMBC consultations.Did not give all the personal data as did not see the relevance!

This Spatial Development Strategy (SDS) will set out the strategic framework for housing, infrastructure, and economic growth at a regional level.

🚨It's now or never for nature. The Planning Bill is nearly law, and it carries an urgent risk to our wildlife and wild spaces. An amendment passed by the Lords yesterday, however, offers vital protection for sensitive habitats and species - but it needs MP support to stay in!

Amendment 130 provides additional safeguards to stop development from destroying protected wildlife and wild places. This will help give nature a chance. But that won’t happen unless MPs vote to keep this critical amendment when the Bill returns to the House of Commons in early November. On behalf of nature, please write to your MP and urge them to vote to keep it in the Bill. To help you, we've created an email template for you to send directly to your MP - simply click below - it only takes a minute of your time!

This is the last time MPs will vote on the Bill. This is our last chance to avoid the removal of protections for sensitive habitats and species. Together our voices can make a difference, so please add yours to ours: action.wildlifetrusts.org/page/180301/action/1?ea.tracking.id=TW
