Busy day with shearing on the farm today and even one of our students sheared an entire sheep! This is an amazing accomplishment!!

We also went on a trip out to Cox Green Cattery & Pet Boarding to help shear their Ewe, she certainly seemed relieved afterwards. Students came with us and had time around the cattery farm checking out the animals there!

One of our amazing support workers is raising money for our college. Please check out this profile and support where you can!

Staff member Vicky will challenge herself by completing the Three Peaks Challenge on 13th June 2026.

She will be joined by six friends, starting with Beinn Nibheis (Ben Nevis) in Scotland, then Scafell Pike in the Lake District, and finishing with Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in Wales.

She says: “I have chosen to fundraise for Ruskin Mill Trust not only because I work for Glasshouse College, but having only been working here for two months, in that short time I have seen the amazing things the Trust offers for these young individuals and would just like to contribute something towards that work. Any sponsors would be hugely appreciated. Many Thanks!”

Thank you so much for your hard work and support, Vicky. Good luck!
