Volunteer Opportunity - Pulborough

Have you got a little time to spare and enjoy helping people in your community?

West Sussex Minibus provides a vital door-to-door minibus service for residents of Pulborough and the surrounding villages. We organise shopping trips and social outings, helping those who may be less mobile, live away from public transport, or don’t have family nearby, to stay connected and independent.

We’re currently looking for a volunteer to help manage some of our trip bookings.

What you’ll do:
• Take trip bookings from passengers
• Compile passenger lists for each trip
• Pass the list to the scheduled driver and escort

Some local knowledge of the Pulborough area would be helpful, but most importantly, we are looking for someone friendly, organised, and happy to chat with our lovely passengers.

West Sussex Minibus is delighted to support the Storrington & District Museum by sponsoring their 'Storrington Then & Now' Book.

An exhibition celebrating the history of Storrington, along with the launch of the book, will take place on Saturday, 31st May. The exhibition
will showcase Storrington through the ages using photographs, alongside comparable images of what the village looks like today. The exhibition is
free to enter and everyone is welcome to join.
