🧡 Loneliness Awareness Week 15th - 21st June 2026 🧡

This week is a reminder that loneliness can affect anyone, at any stage of life. A simple conversation, a friendly check-in, or spending time with someone who may be feeling isolated can make such a difference.

A huge way to help is through our befriending volunteering. By offering your time, listening ear, and companionship, you can help someone feel more connected, valued, and supported.

Together, we can help ensure no one feels alone. 🩵

We had a great ride with our Community Cycling group. It was a wee bit wet but we found a good shelter.

Our Community Cycling Group enjoyed a fantastic ride around the castle grounds.

We meet every Saturday for a cycle around the castle grounds, gathering at 11:15am by the bike sheds behind the Golf Club. New riders are always welcome!

What a day! It was great to go out for a great ride with our Community Cycling group.
