Join the Hebrides Alpha Project as a Support Worker

📍 Based in Coll | 💷 £25,350 per annum | 🕓 37.5 hours per week

Do you have a heart for helping others on their recovery journey? Are you compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a real difference?

We’re looking for someone with:

✔️ A good understanding of addiction recovery
✔️ Excellent communication and empathy skills
✔️ Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
✔️ A flexible approach to support our residents practically, emotionally, and spiritually

🗓️ Closing date: Friday 30 May
