What an absolutely brilliant weekend we’re having! First was a day spent at Ingliston Equestrian with Equi-Scotia CIC for a self care CPD, then Lydia had her Lantra Scotland Industry Champions induction training and now we’re heading home hauling our newest addition to the Forgebraehead herd, everyone welcome Ruby. She’s a 13 year old Clydesdale 🐴♥️

What an evening we had, more photos to follow but for now I’d just like to say a big thank you to Julie-Anne Griffith and everyone at Equi-Scotia CIC for supporting me through their wonderful course. To Lantra Scotland, it was an absolute privilege to be part of such an inspirational awards and I couldn’t have done the course without your funding support. Next to my folks, Ma and Pa, you’re the best!!

We have arrived for the Lantra Scotland’s ALBAS award 2026 at Crieff Hydro! We’ve a few hours to relax and get ready for this evenings ceremony. Lydia is one of many finalists and she’s excited to be here representing both Equi-Scotia CIC and Equi-Innse Gall CIC

You may be wondering who we are. Equi-Innse Gall Community Interest Company was set up in 2022 by Lydia & Sharon. Originally from Southwest Scotland, mother and daughter team are leading the way on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis for a new take on mental health care by offering Equine Assisted Learning sessions.
