North Bucks Woodturning Club We have just moved into a bigger room too. We meet every Saturday from 9.30am to 1.30pm, sharing woodturning expertise and techniques.

We met up every Tuesday 5:30-8:00pm & Saturday 9.30am-1.30pm at York House on the top floor

Big thank you to Colin, Dick and Dave for doing the competitions at the show. Also to everyone who helped with the fruit and bowl. A big thanks to those who came to support the club, I hope you all had a good time and didn’t spend too much money and thanks for helping at the end clearing up and getting the gear back to the club. I know some of you wanted to come but were unable, hopefully you can come next year and maybe even take part in some of the competitions and give poor old Dick and Colin a break 😆

Lots of different shapes and styles but again very high standard this year. Places in comments on the photos.

The judges had such a hard time marking this competition that there was in fact 9x 3rd place and second and first so all very close.

Congratulations to Dick for second place in today’s Goblet with captured ring challenge.

Also big thanks to Colin and Dick for stepping up with the first 2 challenges, goblet and stool (stool to be finished tomorrow).

It was lovely to see John Johnson too. Don and Gary were there hanging around being annoying but thanks for get the stuff set up, and me running around as tea girl for Colin, Dick and John. ☕️🍰☕️🍰☕️🍰☕️🍰☕️
