Well done to all our incredible performers, creatives, staff, and volunteers for last night’s roaring success of our murder mystery Sour Grapes!

The evening was a tremendous success, with delicious food and plenty of twists and turns along the way.

SOLD OUT: Sour Grapes Murder Mystery Evening 🍷🔪

We can’t wait to welcome you to our immersive Sour Grapes murder mystery performance this evening! 🎉

We’re also delighted to announce that the event is now completely sold out, so there will be no tickets available on the door 🎟️

Reminder: Doors open at 7:00pm, with the show starting at 7:30pm at Stonesfield Village Hall. Drinks available on the evening.

UPDATE TICKETS HAVE NOW BEEN SOLD!!!

We still have one table (8 tickets) left for our Murder Mystery evening on Saturday 24th January!

Tables can fit up to 8 people, which you are able to purchase as one booking, or if you would just like to purchase a couple of tickets, we can easily group you on a table with other small groups.

Tickets are £20 each and include a two course meal, with bar available on the night!

Doors open at 7pm and the show begins at 7.30pm sharp.

Tickets will be avaible on a first come, first served basis.

Join The Stonesfield Players for “Sour Grapes”, our next Murder Mystery evening that promises twists, laughs, and a juicy scandal waiting to be uncorked!

AUDITIONS: 7TH DECEMBER STONESFIELD VILLAGE HALL 🎭

We would like to remind you that open auditions for upcoming productions from the Stonesfield Players will be happening on Sunday 7th December at 2:00pm in the Club room at the Village Hall.

We have two exciting productions in the pipeline and there are lots of ways to get involved if you are interested!

The next two productions we're looking forward to making a reality are "Sour Grapes", our next Murder Mystery evening event about two feuding family vineyards, and "Inspector Drake and the Perfekt Crime" our proposed Spring production by David Tristram and directed by Gareth Meager. It's an absurdist, fast-paced comedy that parodies classic detective stories with elements of farce, double-entendre and silly humour.

Please join us and come along if you're interested in being cast to take part in either of these productions on stage (or both!) There are 5 roles for both male and female presenting actors in each production. We also have plenty of opportunities if you are interested in helping out backstage or front of house as well. We'd love to see you there!

Don’t miss Stella Gibbons’ brilliantly funny portrayal of English rural life in the 1930s: Cold Comfort Farm dramatised by Paul Doust.

Recently orphaned socialite, Flora Poste, arrives at Cold Comfort Farm, the home of her gloomy and eccentric cousins, the Starkadders, keen to discover her rights, hinted at by her cousin Judith. Instead she finds a web of thwarted passions and obsession, at the centre of which sits Ada Doom… who saw something nasty in the woodshed!

Performances will take place at the Village Hall on November 13th, 14th and 15th at 7.30pm.
