I have a bucket of snowdrop bulbs.
Is anyone able to plant them please

Unfortunately where I would have just planted them myself I’m no longer physically able so would appreciate some one coming forward

Up date on Roy’s funeral arrangements

Unfortunately we have lost another member.
I’ve heard that Roy Bailey husband of the late Sheila of Park Lane passed away last Wednesday.

Roy and Sheila were with us from the start.
Never missed a meeting raised quite a lot of the money we needed when fighting to save the land from developers.
Some May remember Sheila sitting outside her house selling plants that’s she had cultivated.

Today Malcolm and Myself met up with Reform County Councillor Bob Egginton who kindly donated £150 to The friends of Newpool Meadows to buy a new sign for the Conservation Area. We also purchased a new sign for the gate advising folk to keep their dogs out.

I found out Yesterday that Helen Roberts of Newpool Road, a very active member of Biddulph in Bloom for many many years

Also a member of The friends of Newpool Meadows Sadly passed away.
Helen and her husband Alan could be seen out most days around Biddulph Knypersley and Brown Lees planting,collecting,litter painting benches etc.
she will be a great loss to her family and also to our community.
